Have you ever heard O-band? Having not known, please take a look at elastic bands at your office and so on. Probably, O-band is printed on the box of rubber bands. O-band is a top brand of Japanese rubber bands, produced and launched by Kyowa Inc. About a half of all elastic bands in Japan is O-band, amazingly. By the way, they say you can heat the new O-band in 140 degree C for about 3 minutes.
