About Chinese tea and Japanese tea...



Speaking of Chinese tea, most of Japanese must think of oolong tea. But about 70 % of Chinese tea product amount are green tea in fact. By the way, oolong tea is called blue tea. They roast tea leaves and make Chinese green tea. That is Chinese way of heating. Japanese stream raw leaves and make Japanese green tea. Then, they say Japanese green tea is bitterer than Chinese green tea.
