So how come they don’t supply only the beer? Maybe you ask as that. Our ordinary temperature can’t keep the quality like some call unfiltered beer Chilled Beer.

At its peak period, we had over 300 breweries in Japan. Many days passed and we could find only 160 – 180 breweries on the active list.

Echigo Beer made a start when Japanese government removed the embargo on local beer. The fact tells they are a pioneer in Japanese microbrews and are a survivor of the glacial time.

Stout, it tastes bitter and chooses its drinker although unfiltered stout is not hard and perfumes like fruits. Even beer beginners could feel familiar easily. Usual unfiltered stout could be how much more must Echigo Beer; a pioneer in Japanese local beers.
