Daishichi Sake Brewery is a representative brewery in Fukushima. “Myoka Rangyoku” is the top-graded sake. They explained the difficult name was from a word created by Zeami who achieved the perfection of Noh. It means a free stage beyond everything, which includes all.

Daishichi Brewery is well-known as a brewery with Kimoto-zukuri. Recently, most of Japanese ones have used Sokujomoto-zukuri. However, Kimoto is the traditional way of brewing sake. It needs a time more than present ways, but can make sake solider and more delicious.

Japanese sake are naturally brewed by the keepers and the chief brewers. They have each idea of ultimate sake and are entrusted with the mission to be in search of the perfect one.

Daishichi Brewery have believed that their best sake must let the drinkers happy and feel satisfied, selecting rice and building the liquor quality to be fit for long-time mature. No compromise on the perfume, taste and look.

Nothing is crowned “Myoka Rangyoku” as long as they cannot brew the one they accept as their highest. So it rarely appears at shops.

In other words, drinking “Myoka Rangyoku” will let you know what their pride and identity are. It is not always at stores and kind of expensive. I believe it is the best for you to try other sake brewed by Daishichi first. If you got fond of, you should get to find the ultimate one.
