About our introductory articles

It is often said Japanese are deficient in leadership. Indeed, Japanese have tended to follow other countries on the international stages and we rarely find Japanese statesmen who talk about hopes for the future of the nation or the municipality in his original words. To begin with, most of them became statesmen from a part of job hunting and so they are almost playing like a salaried man.

But we cannot make any social activities without concerning others, further, we cannot live. So we need groups, formations and systems. And the leader is necessary as its head. It is to be desired that there are a lot of organizations which have excellent leaders. Now, what nature do bosses must have at all? You can get the answer from Lupin III written by Monkey Punch a Japanese manga artist.

Most Japanese must think of an animation program, speaking of Lupin III. In the anime, they describe Lupin III as a droll philogyny thief. However, he is not so in original stories.

Lupin III is described as a cool-headed thief of daring and clear mind in the original work, not like a loving mischief in anime. He kills a woman if needed and hardly shows his truth. Being clever, Lupin III could outwit other men and the readers. Zenigata Kohichi is described different from anime, too. Zenigata is written as a wily rival of Lupin III.

Well, Lupin III has his fellows like Jigen Daisuke, Ishikawa Goemon and so on. Although they all have made something of themselves, somehow they have accompanied Lupin III. Since they are truly superior as the limbs but are inferior to Lupin III as a brain. Moreover, Lupin III makes actions to win popularity, like making their wishes come true on the way of their activities

Namely, the limbs trust the head and the head pays minute attention to the limbs if organization were compared to the body. Then, the body could make a steady action. Conversely, they often tend to lose their coherence if the group could not be like mentioned above.

You would take other hints from reading Lupin III. Young and old, man and woman, all leaders should read Lupin III rather than half-baked educating books and get to walk on the road to a great head, in enjoyment.
