Okinawa soba is a traditionally local food in Okinawa prefecture. Though it is a type of soba, no buckwheat flour is used for making. Visiting Okinawa for sightseeing or shopping, you can easily taste Okinawa soba everywhere. But will there be the noodle in instant food form?
