About our introductory articles

Hello, everybody. Today I'm talking about Uni-ball Air produced by Mitsubishi Pencil. It's one of their aqueous ball-point pen products. It's said we can freely change the width of letters in writing by Uni-ball Air.

What on earth are they? you may ask. Mitsubishi Pencil is a Japanese popular stationery company that started in 1887. Today they have served not just in Japan, but also Asia, Europe and America (South and North). On New Year's Day of 2015, in fact, I've already mentioned about Uni, their pencil brand. Uni-ball is one of their ball-point pen brands.

In 2015 November, they released the Uni-ball Air. Their unique tips internalized in the tops automatically control the volume of ink. So it's said we use the ball-point pen and feel it very light just like air. Then, they named it Uni-ball Air.

Moreover, as mentioned above, you can freely change the width of letters by changing writing pressure. I don't know at all what it works for, to say frankly. I have never met a situation I have to change the letters' width in handwriting. You have? For fun? I'm sorry but I'll seldom feel any fun to change the letters' width.
