About our introductory articles

In Japan, you will be easy to find a lot of vehicles when you walk around out. Some of them (maybe) look kind of strange like the moped. You have never seen? It is a kind of bicycle taking on an engine. We Japanese people hardly see it in our daily life. And naturally, so difficult is finding the Japanese motor manufacturer who deals with mopeds today. Fuki Planning was established in 1978 Kanagawa, began to produce their own mopeds in 1990's.

Japan's laws treat mopeds as scooters since they have their engines. So you need a helmet, license and joining automobile liability insurance for a ride.

I heard no license was necessary for riding on mopeds in Europe. But they say EU had us to need it for using them in 2013. The more times go ahead, the further freedom goes. I think so. Actually, Japanese people didn't need any license for mopeds until 1960. And there, mopeds were so popular that were dealt by several motor brands like Honda and Suzuki. After 1960, mopeds were on the decrease. Today what will mopeds give to you? I have no idea. Try, and won't you let me hear your impression please?
