You can often look at Hon-Jozo, it means pure brew, at sake stores in Japan. But the Hon never means Hon-mono, real things, or Hon-kaku, regular. This only means they constantly restrict additive alcohol in the liquor. Even if it were impure, the sake can bear the name of Hon-Jozo.
