Ginga Kogen Beer, established in Iwate, has stuck to brewing weizen beer of truth. Weizen means wheat in German language. Setting a kind of heat treating on their weizen beer, they have made this Wheat Beer that can be stored at room temperature.

The perfume is full of malt so much and it kind of smells some fruits. In the taste, sort of solid and kind of sharp it tastes. However, you must easily have even if you usually had little beer or alcohol.

You will see the beer cloudier than other universal beer in Japan when you pour a glass. That is because they have not removed beer yeast for tasting beer and its yeast together, they say. In carbonic acid gas, they use natural gas on the beer when most tend to add extra carbonic acid gas to beer. In water called the point of beer, natural water in Iwate is used.

They have intended a real thing and produced the beer of fine quality whose taste can be enjoyed by many people.
