Hello. Today I'm talking about Koiwai 100% Yogurt produced by Koiwai Dairy Products Company (belonging to the Kirin Holdings). And I suppose you have never heard it. That's one of Japanese plain yogurt products. I'm in Osaka now, often find it at daily supermarkets like Maruyasu. By the way, the original name is Koiwai Namanyu 100% Yogurt. It is said that they use milk that comes from the Koiwai Farm in Iwate.

There are many types of plain yogurt products in Japan. Of course it does taste good, but I guess it is more delicious than other plain yogurt products. Important is belonging to the major company, I think. Using broad network of distribution, they can go all over Japan. Then in Osaka I can get what originally came from Iwate.
