Usually, soft water means water with little minerals and hard water means a lot of them. Although most Japanese water products actually taste delicious, they are almost containing soft water with mineral as much as .tap one. It is never a problem you guess it is tasty, of course. For getting minerals from water, you should try to drink harder one.

“Kumino Mizu (Kumi Water) Hardness: 1000” is a kind of deep ocean water sampled in Okinawa. Needless to mention, that is not brine itself. They cut extra salt with special filters and leave minerals as they are in the water. Deep sea water is said to be kept in low temperature for an abyss and to stay away from atmospheric pollution which rapes what is on the ground.

For “Kumino Mizu (Kumi Water) Hardness: 1000,” they use only deep ocean water sampled from a depth of 612 meters near Kume Island that is a part of Okinawa. The natural hard water clearly tells you how pure and relentless the nature is.

Would you check out minerals included in the water? You would see it has a lot of magnesium. Mineral water’s taste is, you know, perfectly influenced by the contained minerals. Water with little of magnesium tastes kind of sweet and one with a lot gives you unique bitterness, they say. Familiar with soft water, you are considered to feel more difficult to drink hard water than Westerners who often have hard one.

I would you like to have “Kumino Mizu (Kumi Water) Hardness: 1000” and feel nature in Okinawa. When you have never drunk hard water, you had better try something hard before “Kumino Mizu (Kumi Water) Hardness: 1000.” Talking about water whose hardness is around 1000, there are some overseas water products like Rosbacher from Germany and Ferrarelle from Italy and so on.
