About our introductory articles

Hell, long time no see. And do you ever know what jingisukan is? I suppose you probably know nothing if you have never been to Japan. It is one of the Japanese popular grilled dishes. They grill sheep meat like mutton and lamb for the dish. Generally speaking, Japanese people mostly recognize jingisukan as a Hokkaido specialty.

Let me talk about my story now. I have been to Hokkaido in 2015 December, used New Chitose Airport for return to Osaka. I visited a restaurant supplying jingisukan in the airport for lunch. It was so tasty, I long to go again somehow. If we don't have this Covid-19 pandemic, we will easily trip.

And Hokkaido's northern areas like Nayoro-shi have unique jingisukan. It is Nikomi-jingisukan. Nikomi means boiling in Japanese language. It is said that they boil sheep meat, don't grill. I believe it must be so good in winter that we feel a cold wind outside. I also long to have it someday (I haven't had).
