We have introduced some breweries and several kinds of admirable miso in Japan. And then, I found that they frequently use soybeans from Hokkaido when they were particular about the ingredients.

So, in Hokkaido, what kind of miso on earth do they brew? I am introducing Miso Tomato of Shibuya Brewery in Hokkaido.

To begin with, they have their miso; Hokkaido Miso there. That is rice miso of moderate amount of salt. Understandably, Shibuya is a brewery of those who brew Hokkaido Miso.

How come they are going to be featured? Shibuya Brewery; they have seriously been keeping their policy that they desire to give you miso of safety and deliciousness. They brew their miso with no additives like ethanol though other breweries in Hokkaido use.

One of their products; Miso Tomato says so. They use just what is made in Hokkaido. The mini tomatoes, the soybeans and the rice are all produced there. And no additives like sugar use. That means it is the mixture of the original tastes.

They use special miso made only for Miso Tomato. It shows us a wonderful balance of sweetness and sourness, and therefore, you could have as a salad or as dessert.
