Kiyoken's "Shiumai-bento" is a Yokohama specialty. Bento means a box lunch. You can buy the box lunches at Yokohama Station and some neighbors.
Now, I interviewed with Kimizuka Yoshio who works as a director in Kiyoken.
■ Kiyoken Main Office
■ My first question is what made you join Kiyoken?
Kimizuka Yoshio
(A Director of Kiyoken)

Kimizuka Yoshio: No dramatic stories! I had belonged to Tamagawa University for 5 years and I was interviewed by several companies including Kiyoken on my job hunting.
■ What did you desire to do at the time?
K: Developing! I guessed it was great to produce something new on my work.
■ Did you do it?
K: Of course, I was a complete beginner who had to study how the products was manufactured first. At first, therefore, I was set at the manufacturing lines.
■ Were you happy with that?
K: No uneasiness and frustration. I knew nothing about the products we'd produced. It was necessary to study, I believed, then.
