I suppose nobody can deny it must be called a chimerical album. That is the best album “Dreams Come True the Best! My Dreams Come True” which Dreams Come True, a Japanese pop band, published in 2015 July.
The great one had raved around like a fictional monster all through our 2015 summertime. First, he appeared and got the No. 1 on Oricon Weekly Chart. For three consecutive weeks, the best album had been taking the throne, then. At the fourth week, the one gave away, and won back again next week. Finally, “Dreams Come True the Best! My Dreams Come True” kept the No. 1 six weeks.
I am writing this in the middle of 2015 October, and still can find the album at the top ten of the chart. They say it totally sold over 700,000 copies. I have to appreciate it a chimerical monster.
Why did they decide to release the best? Nakamura Masato, the leader of the band, says their past works have disappeared from the stores and the CD shops have also been on the decrease themselves. However, they still desire to give the listeners their old songs. Moreover, he says this might be the final best album for a CD recession.
Surely, CDs are more unsuccessful than they used to be. But the soundtrack of “The Frozen” made a big hit last year and “Dreams Come True the Best! My Dreams Come True” did this year. Namely, it could still be successful if included the songs which truly fascinated people.
In other words, the present recession might be because we are difficult to meet what we really love to listen to. Hit of this best album is urging pop music makers to reflect seriously.
Some of you may say “It occurred because of their old hit songs!” If it was right, however, the best albums of old popular singers should all sell several hundreds of thousands, although they mostly cannot. So it is concluded that the hit was made by power of Dreams Come True and their popular songs.
