All Songs Written by Yoshida Takuro
Yoshida Takuro. We are pretty hard to describe what Japanese popular music of 1970's was without having his name. It means that he was the beloved of the times who influenced a lot in Japan, like Kuwata Keisuke (Southern All Stars) said that he got so affected by Yoshida Takuro and then began to play music. And Yoshida declared his retirement with leaving his last studio album released in 2022 June. That was "ah-Omoshirokatta (Ah it was fun)."

He is the Japanese singer-songwriter born in 1946. Making his debuted in 1970, he became so popular at once. In Japanese pop music field at the time, rare were the singers who wrote songs to sing on own. He wrote his own songs, they became popular. Influenced by the great precedent, appeared many singer-songwriters like Inoue Yosui, Nakajima Miyuki, Yamashita Tatsuro and Sada Masashi.

They held the concert tour of Yoshida Takuro in 2019. He officially said it was his final tour at the time. His concert tour will never be anymore. And he must have decided to show his last studio album to put an end to his career. Then 9 songs were written from 2021 to 2022, it appeared in 2022 June. His last one sold close to 46,000 copies according to Oricon, and ranked at the 2nd of their weekly chart. By the way, the letters "ah-Omoshirokatta" on the CD jacket was written by Domoto Koichi (KinKi Kids). In fact, Yoshida Takuro also worked as the musical master for KinKi Kids in the end of the 20th century.
